Kraton D SIS polymers are the softest Kraton grades. It has a low modulus and is the polymer of choice for pressure-sensitive applications. It shows low viscosity and provides high strength with excellent elasticity. These thermoplastic resins are easy to process and compatible with various tackifying chemistries.
Kraton D SIS is typically used in hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives (HMPSA):
- PSA tapes and labels
- Elastic attachment adhesives
