Nurturing sustainable supplier relationships is a key to a sustainable business. We value our close collaboration and cooperation with our suppliers and vendors as we work together to develop next-generation innovations. To maintain high-quality supplier relationships, we have developed a code of conduct that guides supplier expectations for working with us.
It is our policy to responsibly source minerals and to work with our global supply chain partners to ensure compliance with appropriate diligence and disclosure requirements relating to Conflict Minerals. If our products contain Conflict Minerals that are necessary to the functionality of such products, then our policy is to conduct a reasonable country of origin inquiry to determine whether such Conflict Minerals come from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, or one of the surrounding countries, or from recycled or scrap sources.
We are committed to conducting our business in an ethical and responsible manner, which includes complying with applicable human rights, slavery and human trafficking laws. We also expect our supply chain to reflect our respect for human rights.
