Prakash Kolluri is a seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership experience in the polymers and specialty materials industry. As the President of Kraton’s Polymers Business, he is responsible for scaling operations, driving innovation, and expanding the company’s presence in high-growth markets.
His deep industry expertise comes from years of leadership in the sector, including 14 years at Kraton before the spin-off of Cariflex to DL Chemical in 2020. Most recently, he served as CEO of Cariflex, where he successfully expanded the company’s global footprint in isoprene rubber latex, reinforcing its leadership in medical and specialty applications. Prior to that, he held several key commercial and operational leadership roles at Kraton, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Specialty Polymers & Cariflex, Commercial Leader for the Polymers & Chemicals business in Asia Pacific, and Regional Business Manager for the Advanced Materials division in the Americas.
With a strong background in commercial strategy, global market expansion, and operational excellence, Prakash brings a strategic vision that will be instrumental in shaping the future of Kraton’s Polymers Business. His leadership is focused on driving innovation, enhancing sustainability initiatives, and delivering long-term value to customers and stakeholders.

Minco is a highly qualified finance and corporate growth expert who has been a part of the Kraton team since 2011, initially joining as the Director of Finance for Pine Chemicals. Minco has held senior positions in Finance, Corporate Development, Procurement, Strategic Product Management, and Raw Materials at Kraton. His education and diverse expertise provide a comprehensive understanding of company operations and a well-rounded business perspective.
In his most recent role as the Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain, Minco demonstrated his ability to optimize processes, streamline operations, and drive efficiencies across the supply chain.
Additionally, Minco’s tenure at industry leaders like Unilever and Shell enriched his leadership abilities, strategic decision-making, and organizational management skills.
Minco holds an MBA in economics and accounting from Maastricht University, enabling him to apply a robust analytical approach for sustainable business growth.
As the newly appointed President of the business, Minco’s comprehensive understanding of Kraton’s operations, strong financial background, and leadership skills position him well to lead the organization forward.

Romi (Hyunsik) Yoon is an accomplished executive with over two decades of global leadership experience spanning the technology and construction industries. Most recently serving as Executive Vice President, COO, and CHO at DL E&C Co., Ltd., he played a pivotal role in corporate strategy, operational efficiency, innovation, and talent development. His tenure included board membership and leadership of key committees, where he drove transformative initiatives in cost management, safety compliance, and new business development—including ventures in SMR nuclear technology, carbon capture, and clean energy.
Prior to DL E&C, Romi led marketing and product strategy for LG Electronics’ Mobile Communications division, both in Korea and the U.S. He was instrumental in launching innovative smartphone form factors and forging strategic partnerships with global tech leaders like Qualcomm, Google, and Microsoft. His work helped LG secure market leadership in LTE and expand its brand presence through high-impact campaigns and product positioning.
Romi holds a Master’s degree in International Commerce from Korea University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Oregon. His career began in international sales at Daewoo Co., Ltd., including an overseas assignment in Thailand. With a proven track record in strategic planning, innovation, and cross-cultural leadership, Romi is passionate about driving growth and transformation in dynamic global environments.

Rogier Roelen was appointed as Kraton's General Counsel and Company Secretary in 2022. Mr. Roelen joined Kraton in July 2019 as Head of Legal for EMEA & APAC. Prior to Kraton, Mr. Roelen served in several roles with increasing responsibilities in the legal department of AkzoNobel, including leadership roles in Asia, North America, and Europe. Previously, he was an associate with Dutch law firm AKD, handling a wide range of corporate, M&A, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Mr. Roelen earned an M.A./ J.D. degree from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Daniel Cho serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Kraton Corporation, where he directs the company’s global financial strategy, capital allocation, and fiscal discipline across all business units. With nearly three decades of experience guiding multinational corporations through complex market dynamics, his leadership is paramount in ensuring sustainable, profitable growth and maximizing long-term shareholder value.
Mr. Cho is recognized for his profound expertise in strategic M&A integration, enterprise cost optimization, and establishing rigorous financial controls. Throughout his career, he has a proven record of driving operational excellence and transparency. His experience spans high-growth sectors, including biopharma, automotive, and industrial giants such as GE Healthcare and Dow Chemical.
Prior to joining Kraton Corporation, Mr. Cho held progressive finance leadership roles, including serving as CFO for GC Biopharma and ESTRA Automotive Systems, Global FP&A leader for Hanon Systems, Country Controller for Dow Chemical’s entities in Korea and Finance Director for GE Healthcare’s Global Ultrasound Probes organization. His experience includes working in North America, Asia, Europe and operating in complex regulatory environments.
Mr. Cho earned his Master of Business Administration from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea, and his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kyungpook National University, Daegu, Korea. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Broomall was appointed Kraton’s Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022. In his role, Mr. Broomall is responsible for leading Kraton’s overall human resources strategy, organizational design, global talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations for Kraton. Prior to serving in this role, Mr. Broomall led multiple HR functions within Kraton since 2015, including his most recent appointment as Senior Director of Human Resources and Total Rewards. Before Kraton, Mr. Broomall held several HR leadership positions at Cemex, Inc. and Mueller Company.
Mr. Broomall has a BA in Psychology from the University of West Florida and is a Certified Labor Relations Leader from Michigan State University.
