Gianni Phillips Reflects on Her Experience as a Kraton Intern and FOSSI Scholar
Kraton is committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive STEM workforce in the chemical industry. We are honored to partner with the Future of STEM Scholars Initiative (FOSSI) to support our commitment and offer STEM students attending HBCUs $10,000 in annual scholarships. Additionally, we provide scholars with internship opportunities to equip them with practical industry experience. As part of this initiative, students are paired with mentors at Kraton who offer valuable career guidance throughout their academic journey. Gianni Phillips, a FOSSI scholar and chemistry major at North Carolina A&T State University, had the opportunity to intern with Kraton for two consecutive years.
