TOFA
Tall Oil Fatty Acid (TOFA)
A pine-derived fatty acid obtained from tall oil, which is produced during the pulping of wood. It is primarily a liquid mixture of unsaturated fatty acids and is commonly used as a building block or intermediate in applications such as soaps, lubricants, coatings, and other chemical products.
