Q: What drew you to pursue a career at Kraton?   

When I began my career at Kraton, I was impressed with the leadership of the team. I wanted to help customers and be a part of a positive work environment.

Q: Can you briefly explain your role and what you do?  

I am proud to be the leader of our Sales Operations team. We improve productivity through tools such as CRM and PBI, optimize processes, and train on best practices. Our team touches every aspect of the business—Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and many more. We create improvements and ensure our systems work efficiently, which each team uses every day in their jobs.

Q: How has Kraton contributed to your professional or personal growth and development? 

Working at Kraton has allowed me to develop professionally. I have advanced from the Customer Service department into a CRM Analyst role and currently am the Supervisor of Sales Operations. I have grown in my knowledge of the company, products, and people. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had and will continue to contribute to making this such a great place to work.

Q: What aspects of Kraton’s company culture inspire or motivate you? 

The people here are wonderful to work with.  There is excellent camaraderie and open communication.

Q: What’s your favorite Kraton value and why?  

My favorite Kraton values are Creativity and Teamwork. In everything I do, I use creativity to help teams be more efficient. Whether I am finding an innovative solution to a problem or creating an engaging training session, I use creativity and teamwork in every aspect of my position.
